Executive Committee
The FLOW Executive Committee consists of the President, President-Elect, Secretary, and Treasurer.
The President presides at all meetings of members and directors, has general supervision of FLOW, and performs all such other duties as are incident to such office or are properly required of the President by the Board of Directors.
The President-Elect performs all the duties of the President during the latter’s absence or inability to act, and when so acting, has all the powers of and is subject to the restrictions upon the President.
The Secretary handles Executive administrative duties such as issuing notices for meetings, keeping minutes of all meetings, maintaining the corporate books and membership rosters, and any other duties as are incident to such office or are properly required of the Secretary by the President or Board of Directors.
The Treasurer handles all the financial functions of FLOW. The Treasurer is in charge of maintaining accounting books, collecting membership dues, disbursing applicable funds, and any other duties as are incident to such office or are properly required of the Treasurer by the President or Board of Directors.
