Nominations and Elections Committee
In preparation for FLOW's annual elections, the Nominations Committee nominates the President-Elect as President and one or more members of FLOW currently on the Board for the office of President-Elect. The Nominations Committee also nominates any member in good standing for the offices of Treasurer, Secretary and at-large Board members. The Nominations Committee shall secure the prior consent of each nominee to his/her nomination. The Nominations Committee’s list of nominees shall be available to all active members of the Association by including it with timely notice to members in advance of the Election Meeting.
