Prepare to be spellbound and emPOWERed at the Seventeenth Annual Barrio Fiesta, presented by the Filipino Lawyers of Washington (FLOW) and the FLOW Foundation. Barrio Fiesta brings together attorneys, judges, and community leaders to celebrate the year's achievements and to recognize individuals and organizations that have contributed significantly to our communities. This is also the premier fundraising event for the FLOW Foundation, which provides scholarships to law students. Support and donations over the past years have resulted in dozens of scholarships being awarded to students from all of Washington’s law schools and beyond.

We are proud to announce this year’s Barrio Fiesta’s theme, “Casting Our Collective Magic." Attendees and guests are encouraged to come in magic-themed costumes!
